Orbit legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Orbit during its private beta. Orbit is a text-first personal assistant and an accompanying account portal.

Using Orbit

You are responsible for the requests you give Orbit and for reviewing approval previews before authorizing external actions. Orbit may make mistakes, so verify important information and do not rely on it for emergencies or professional legal, medical, or financial judgment.

Connected services

When you connect Google or another provider, Orbit receives only the access you authorize. Provider terms continue to apply. You can disconnect a provider or delete its imported data from your account portal.

Approvals and external effects

Orbit asks for approval before consequential sends and commitments under its configured policy. An approval authorizes the exact previewed action; it does not grant an open-ended instruction.

Private beta

The beta may change, pause, or end. Availability is not guaranteed. We will not materially expand what Orbit does with your data without updating the policy and, where required, asking for consent.
